The guest house was very accommodating and friendly, even without a reservation. The rooms were tastefully decorated, cozy, and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of tasty and fresh options. The views from the guest house were beautiful, with wonderful views of the sea and the nearby island.
There weren't any major negatives during my stay. However, the bar in the conservatory could have had a better selection of drinks.

Great view and comfortable room Stayed during Christmas time. the view from the room was great, especially with all the Christmas lightings around the area. the room was clean, comfortable, and the bed was cozy. There were also many choices for continental breakfast.
Lack of hospitality and poor service Unfortunately, the staff was not very hospitable. When we arrived, they did not seem very welcoming and did not give us a lot of information about the hotel facilities.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the cliff top, with breathtaking views of the sea. The attention to detail was evident in the comfortable rooms, especially the ground floor twin room with its en suite shower. The staff were lovely and accommodating, fulfilling our requests for plain yogurt and decaf tea. The TV lounge opening onto the small garden was a bonus, providing a relaxing space. The excellent breakfast, with high-quality bacon and a variety of options, left us satisfied and ready for the day.
Everything was perfect, couldn't ask for more.

This guest house has a prime location right on the cliff top with breathtaking views of the coast and the Isle of Wight. It is just a short walk to the beach, allowing for easy access to enjoy the seaside. the rooms are clean and tidy, equipped with amenities such as a fridge, hairdryer, and TV. the friendly hosts provide a delicious cooked breakfast, with a wide selection of cereals and fresh fruit available.
The bar at the guest house could use improvement in terms of selection and variety.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Guest House with my family. The attention to detail was evident from the moment we walked in. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also appreciated the fridge in the room, which provided fresh milk for our tea and coffee, a small but thoughtful touch that made a big difference.
All in all, our experience at this hotel was exceptional.
